Ambrose J. To, D.D.S.

Dr. Ambrose J. To is originally from Akron, Ohio. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology at Case Western Reverse University in Cleveland, OH. Dr. To then completed his dental training at the Ohio State University College of Dentistry. After graduating, he decided to move to Maryland in June of 2002 to attend an Advance General Dentistry Residency Program at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. During his residency, Dr. To had an opportunity to perform advance treatments such as implant restorations, endodontics, and full mouth reconstructions. Dr. To decided to remain in Maryland and currently resides in Bethesda, but hopes to move to the Damascus area in the near future.

He believes in the newest technologies in dentistry and is always active in the latest research. Dr. To hopes to integrate his knowledge of dentistry with patient/doctor relations by educating patients with their dental needs.

Dr. To became a partner in the practice in 2005 and a joint-owner of the practice in 2009 with Dr. Sanjay Rajani. Besides managing the practice, Dr. To is also a Dean Faculty member of the University of Maryland Dental School in Baltimore.

Dr. To also has many interests outside of dentistry. He has been happily married for almost two years and expecting his first child in August. He is extremely active in golf and hiking. In addition, he has an enormous passion for music. He plays the guitar, drums, saxophone, trumpet, and clarinet.
