Our Staff

Our receptionists are very friendly and are here to serve you. We want to make your dental experience as warm and welcoming as possible. Our front end receptionists have a combined 80 years of outstanding experience and service to serve you. Our accounting department will prepare all of the necessary forms for your dental insurance. However, please remember that your policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company, not between your insurance company and our office.

Elaine, Insurance and Finance Coordinator

Elaine was born in Athens, Greece and moved to Montgomery County when she was seven. She has lived in Damascus for the last twenty-five years and married to her wonderful husband, Tom, for the last thirty years. She has raised two children, Erin and TJ.

Elaine worked for a pharmaceutical company for thirteen years and managed their customer service department for six years. She then managed an engineering company in Montgomery Village and when the company moved their operations to New York, she decided to pursue a new career in the dental field.

With over eleven years of experience under her belt in our practice, her duties include office manager, billing, and customer service. Elaine enjoys working with patients and seeing the big results and smiles at the end of their treatment. She knows most patients by name and has watched their children grow up over the years.

In her spare time, she enjoys playing softball, fine wine, and spending time at her beach house in Delaware.

Pamela, Director of Patient Relations

Pamela joined our practice in 2005. She is originally from Hagerstown, MD and now resides in Mt. Airy, MD. She earned her Dental Assisting certification through Kaplan College in Frederick, MD.

Pamela also brings many years of management experience to our office. Her background consists of managing a salon and day spa in Hagerstown, MD, and she was also the general merchandise manager for Harley Davidson of Frederick, MD.

Pamela strives to provide the best one on one patient care at our front desk. She works with new patient accounts and pre-insurance estimates while overseeing our collections department.

In her spare time, she enjoys riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle, spending time with her dog, golfing, and travel.

April, Chief Assistant

April grew up in Mt. Airy, MD and now resides in Frederick, MD. She joined our practice in 2004 and received her Dental Assisting certification through Kaplan College of Frederick, MD. April now heads up our dental assisting department and oversees the general operations of the practice. In her spare time, she enjoys fine wine, movies, and travel.
